Empower Genetics is a direct-pay practice, which means we don't bill insurance. This is also why there are no referral requirements, no waitlists, and no surprise bills.
The price you see is the price you pay, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. After your visit, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We never want cost to be the reason you put off getting answers. If paying your session fee all at once isn't feasible, we're happy to break it into multiple payments. Just reach out to info@empowergeneticshealth.com and we'll arrange a plan together.

Genetic testing, if you choose to pursue it, is billed separately by the laboratory. Part of our service is helping you select the right test at the right price. Many labs offer insurance billing, self-pay options with capped pricing (typically around $300-$750), payment plan options, and financial assistance. We can help walk you through the expected cost before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises.
